Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for overall administration of online and in-person training programs to include but not limited to preparing binders/folders, blocking space, coordinating meeting set-up, agenda, and presentations. Work in conjunction with other HR team members. Responsible for organizing and facilitating a two-day new hire orientation class (EarthRock) on rotation with the L&D team, as well as a 30-day check-in event (Eat & Greet) for all new hires. Responsible for facilitating a half-day orientation class (Threshold) for seasonal employees. Facilitates Emerging Leader programs, including Fission (supervisors) and UnEarthed (Summer & Winter) interns. Responsible for managing the Learning Coach program, working with all managers in developing online content, orientation checklists, onboarding processes, and content creation through the 360 Learning Management System. Manage EarthRock Online, the online new hire orientation, by scheduling employees, tracking progress, and sharing completion rates with managers. Assist Human Resources with recruiting, interviewing, and new-hire paperwork during peak periods. Take minutes for meetings, such as Round Table Talks (but not limited to). Co-facilitate other trainings as needed. Organize the learning management system (360 Learning), updating the online content to reflect changes in policy and procedures. Provide technical support and training as needed; LMS, L&D equipment (Apple Ecosystem), Skylight calendar, Outlook, Microsoft, Adobe, Keynote, Canva, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc. Manage employee app, adding and deleting employees, creating HR events, and making improvement suggestions. Assist with annual Recreation training, scheduled for a Saturday in May Film and edit custom training videos using various creation software (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Manage all post-session training evaluations through the LMS. Attend and participate in departmental line-ups that support the Service Standards, Vision, Core Values, and Credo. Create monthly social media campaigns featuring L&D initiatives for the company’s social media platforms. Assist with any duties and projects as needed. Qualifications/Skills/Experience/Education: Prefer a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training or education position. Strong technical skills and a passion for new technology, including AI programs. Strong customer service orientation Excellent interpersonal skills Leadership skills required to indirectly manage across functional teams Must have knowledge of employee relations and basic principles and practices of adult learning. Must have demonstrated success in training, communication, group dynamics, leading and coaching. Organizational skills will include excellent writing and communication skills. Working knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Practical knowledge of social media, film editing, and content creation. Strong communication skills along with a high level of writing ability.
