About The Position

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for strengthening DaBella’s leadership pipeline by building scalable learning systems that support performance, accountability, and leadership growth at every level of the organization. This role sits at the intersection of training, performance management, and technology—owning the build-out and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) while supporting company-wide performance management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands that leadership development is not an event—it’s a system—and is passionate about building tools, programs, and learning paths that help leaders execute consistently and grow others effectively. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or Performance Enablement
  • Hands-on experience administering or building within an LMS
  • Working knowledge of performance management and adult learning principles
  • Experience supporting managers and leaders with development tools or training
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Talent, and Leadership to support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Translate performance expectations and role requirements into structured learning paths and programs
  • Support the rollout of performance tools and manager enablement resources
  • Assist with training managers on coaching, feedback, and development conversations
  • Track and report on training effectiveness tied to performance outcomes
  • Own the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DaBella’s Learning Management System
  • Build and manage role-based learning paths across the organization
  • Upload, organize, and maintain learning content, including courses, assessments, and certifications
  • Manage course assignments, completion tracking, and automated reminders
  • Support the development and upkeep of training materials related to leadership, performance, and role readiness
  • Partner with subject matter experts to convert knowledge into scalable digital learning content
  • Audit training programs and identify skill or performance gaps
  • Maintain training documentation, SOPs, and resources
  • Monitor participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership using training data and feedback
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives tied to growth, retention, and leadership development
