The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for strengthening DaBella’s leadership pipeline by building scalable learning systems that support performance, accountability, and leadership growth at every level of the organization. This role sits at the intersection of training, performance management, and technology—owning the build-out and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) while supporting company-wide performance management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands that leadership development is not an event—it’s a system—and is passionate about building tools, programs, and learning paths that help leaders execute consistently and grow others effectively.
