SUMMARY: The Learning and Development Trainer, contractor is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to educate our employees, customers, and school partners on the Stride/K12 products and services, including interactive workshops, product support assets, and improve online modules. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids, to support the learning needs of employees, customers, and partners. Conduct virtual and/or on-site training sessions for various audiences, including teachers, administrators, existing employees, customers, and partners, to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products, features, and functionalities. Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights needed to create effective training content and training course content. Continuously assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Stay up-to-date on product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant. Provide ongoing support and guidance to all stakeholders by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and addressing training-related inquiries. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to promote adoption and usage of our products and services. Maintain training documentation, records, and materials in an organized and accessible manner. Supports initiatives to increase engagement with products and platforms, such as designing and facilitating new user trainings; Attends all meetings pertaining to product and platform functionality and/or enhancements and assists in cross-training internal team members; Continues to learn about new and enhanced Stride products and platforms to become proficient and incorporates updates and enhancements of products into skill set; Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
