Overview: Manages a specific L&D program/pillar, collaborating with L&D leadership to ensure learning experiences are relevant, data-informed, and aligned with firm priorities. Responsible for curating and maintaining structured learning paths in respective L&D program/pillar that align with the firm’s strategic goals and role-based competencies, including but not limited to licensure, continuing education requirements, design innovation, leadership development, and industry compliance. Seeks opportunities to contribute to a culture of continuous learning and contributes to learning & development solutions that build the adaptive capabilities needed to drive business performance and lead transformative change, today and into the future.
