CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. The Learning & Development Manager, Enterprise Programs & Practice Management is responsible for designing and delivering learning pathways that support the development of the Firm’s Practice Management Teams (PMT), including professionals in People & Culture, Finance, Global Digital & Cybersecurity, Marketing, Sales, and Administrative functions. In addition, this role leads learning enablement for a prioritized portfolio of enterprise-wide programs and firmwide initiatives—such as major operational rollouts, risk and compliance learning, project management capability building, and technology adoption efforts. This position serves as the primary learning partner to PMT leadership and cross-functional initiative sponsors, translating business needs into scalable, outcomes-based learning solutions that strengthen capability, performance, and engagement across the Firm’s internal services functions. This role is portfolio-based and focused on PMT development and enterprise priority programs. Enterprise programs supported by this role are defined as firm-sponsored initiatives requiring coordinated learning rollout, consistent adoption, and scalable enablement across multiple departments or offices. The ideal candidate is an experienced learning leader with strong instructional design expertise, program management discipline, and the ability to take initiatives from concept through execution. WHY COHNREZNICK? At CohnReznick, we’re united by a common mission to create opportunity, value, and trust for our clients, our people, and our communities. We believe it’s important to balance work with everyday life – and make time for enjoyment and fun. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.
