Here, you'll build a career grounded in purpose and be empowered to deliver your best. As part of the U.S. Oncology Team, you will report to the Head of US OBU Strategy & Business Operations. Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance field capabilities, including core selling skills, pre-call planning, use of digital sales tools and sales force execution. Design and execute strategic training program for the Oncology pipeline, including Polycythemia Vera (PV) disease state education. Provide coaching for Regional Directors, Oncology Territory Managers and others to help elevate capabilities and sales training. Develop a training feedback loop system and performance tracking to ensure sustained learning and skill enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate overall sales effectiveness and pull through One Oncology approach.
