The Learning and Development Lead, Enrollment and Therapy is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance staff competencies and support professional growth within the Enrollment and Therapy departments. This role collaborates with leadership to assess learning needs, develop educational initiatives, and ensure training aligns with best practices, regulatory requirements, and MHC’s mission. The Learning and Development Lead will oversee training operations, drive continuous learning, and support operational excellence.
