About The Position

The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, managing credentialling, designing instructional materials to facilitate learning, and constructing leadership and development programs, including any planning and/or implementation ensuring that training programs are necessary, valid, and effective. Essential Functions Continuing Education & Credentialing Functions Credentialing all continuing education courses for professional licensures (ie, PT/PTA, OT/COTA, SLP, etc.) Submitting and managing applications for continuing education to various governing bodies (ie: BOC, AOTA, state boards, state APTA chapters) Communicating with and scheduling instructors for each CEU course. Serving as communication liaison between Sr Mgr Clinical Education and Regional Education Coordinators for course/program locations, times, resources, and strategy Collecting and giving feedback to Regional Education Coordinators on job role, attendance management, etc Data Reporting and Management Running and organizing L&D reports from LMS and internal data centers Managing data for cross-function reporting LMS Management Assistance/Backup to LMS Administrator, as needed Assisting the scheduling of clinical, con-ed, and professional courses and programs in the LMS Updating and managing the L&D SharePoint Team page to reflect the correct , clinical, CEU, and professional education course schedule and other information. Assisting with LMS Management in the temporary absence of LMS Administrator Assisting with course builds in PTSU Managing enrollment and attendance Managing and responding to communications in PTSU Teams and Email Additional Functions Filing and Managing L&D collateral using centralized filing systems and LMS Utilizing PTSU/Centralized email to communicate with learners and leaders Helping develop L&D Department collateral materials Assisting with clinical education enrollment via LMS Assisting with creating and managing a newsletter for the L&D department Assisting with interdepartmental support and communications Assisting with instructional development as needed

Requirements

  • Knowledge of LMS and authoring tools.
  • LMS: Uploading documents, course builds.
  • Canva: Basic functionality including utilizing templates to develop materials
  • Knowledge of MS office 360 suite
  • Outlook: Proficient in managing multiple emails, shared calendars, meeting scheduling, and contact lists.
  • Excel: Proficient in data management and complex reporting functions (including v/xlookup functions, pivot tables, and dashboards).
  • SharePoint: Familiar with page navigation and uploading documents.
  • Teams: utilizing collaboration tools for communications intra- and inter-departmentally
  • OneDrive: Use of collaborative tools and managing/utilizing shared files
  • Knowledge of clinical education credentialing process and event management
  • At least 1 year in continuing education credentialling preferred
  • At least 1 year in data management preferred
