About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has demonstrated a proven ability in coaching others. By stepping into the Learning and Development Coordinator position, you will play a critical role within the business. You will be working side by side with the Learning and Development Manager to help manage the Induction Program and contributing to the development of our new employees through our Career Pathway Programs. This will help with ensuring that Credit Corp appropriately develops employees to achieve the organization’s overall performance goals. You will also be guided to learn how to analyze learning impact, facilitate with inductions, validate assessment while maintaining a learning environment conducive for learning. All this while developing your personal skill sets in leadership, communication, and learning. (This role will be a 6 month secondment)

  • Currently a SCRM/TPM or enrolled in the JUMP program
  • Proven skills in coaching and mentoring others
  • A proven track record of success and commitment in your current position
  • Able to work under pressure to meet timelines
  • Must be flexible with schedule
