Roles & Responsibilities - Own and deliver sales onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing capability programs Partner with sales leaders to understand skill gaps and translate needs into practical learning solutions Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences (live, virtual, and blended) Create and maintain sales learning content (playbooks, job aids, guides, reinforcement tools) Support sales managers with tools and frameworks to reinforce learning in the field Analyze feedback and performance data to improve learning effectiveness Stay current on sales best practices, methodologies, and enablement trends What we are lookin for - 2–5 years of experience in Sales L&D, Sales Enablement, Commercial Training, or a related role Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and sales motions Experience designing and facilitating learning for sales or customer‑facing teams Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders without formal authority Strong communication, facilitation, and content‑creation skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
