We’re looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our Plan Document Team! In this role, you’ll plan, design, and deliver advanced technical training. You’ll also support retirement plan systems and plan document solutions by developing training, documentation, and resources tied to key projects, system enhancements, and new legislation. This role is highly collaborative, partnering closely with Learning & Development, Marketing, Compliance, Consulting, Business Consultants, Systems, and departmental SMEs to ensure consistent communication, accurate documentation, and effective hands-on training delivery. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with strong retirement plan knowledge or an experienced trainer looking to deepen their expertise in plan design, systems, and retirement products.
