Why This Role Matters The Learning & Development team designs and delivers leadership, management, personal development, and business skills training for our employees globally. The training is based on the latest thinking from subject matter experts and acknowledged best practices. We also integrate our knowledge and understanding of the firm’s culture, values, systems, and procedures into the training. As a result, we provide training that is relevant to the work our people do and helps them meet the firm’s objectives. The position is based in New York and reports to the Global Head of Talent Development and ED&I Development. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in the US office, as well as those in London and the Asia regions (where applicable).
