The Evaluator will work closely with the Division Manager-Epidemiology and Evaluation to develop and implement the strategic vision for the Epidemiology and Evaluation Infrastructure of the Puerto Rico Public Health Institute (PRPHI). Is responsible for working with multidisciplinary teams to provide continuous quality improvement and evaluative support to the PRPHI divisions. This person should have the ability to identify and assess issues and trends, as well as the capacity to interpret data from different sources. Additionally, this person should be proficient in data analysis, including the ability to research, summarize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative information. Furthermore, strong writing skills are essential for developing recommendations and reports. Likewise, this person should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication abilities in order to effectively share their findings with stakeholders. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a framework and standards for program evaluation for all the PRPHI divisions. Collaborating with division staff and management teams in the planning and evaluation of PRPHI divisions. Through the evaluation process, ensure that divisions meet their goals and objectives in order to maximize the impact of resources as well as meet the requirements of the funding sources.
