We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Administrator to support and strengthen our company-wide learning ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of our Learning & Development operations, including leadership programs, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration, while ensuring a positive, consistent, and compliant employee experience across LATAM. You will work closely with the Manager of Learning, Development & Innovation and collaborate with People Operations, business unit leaders, and subject-matter experts.
