The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Learning Delivery Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Logistics Coordination: Creates implementation plan and manages logistical aspects of executive program delivery, including scheduling (participants, executive sponsors external delivery providers), venue arrangements, onsite resource allocation and travel arrangements. Works with senior internal partners and external vendors (e.g., producers, event managers, catering) to ensure seamless delivery. Learner Invitations and Registration: Oversees the invitation process, manages registrations, and ensures participants are informed and prepared. Monitors and reports out on participation. Develops and implements strategies to improve processes and learner experience (when needed). Communication Management: Develops communication plan and communications to executive learners and stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program. Builds communications aligned to senior audiences, creates pre-work, manages campaign/ communication implementation. Virtual Sessions: Provides technical support for virtual sessions, moderates discussion forums in NovoEd/social learning platforms. Survey and Feedback Collection: Administers surveys to gather participant feedback and assess program effectiveness. Interprets feedback and recommends program improvements. Payment and Sourcing Management: Partners with portfolio leaders in contracting, engages sourcing, and facilitates payments with vendors. Learning Display/Materials: Supports instructional designer in strategies for effectively presenting and communicating learning programs/materials for executive audiences. Completes basic designs for company intranet pages, supports production of playbooks, proofreads learning materials and information. Shared Accountabilities Program Execution: Collaborates with program manager and instructional designers to ensure the program is delivered effectively with positive learner experience. May produce and support online events. Content Curator: Selects and organizes relevant learning content for the program and additional projects as needed.
