This role supports a fast‑moving Learning & Development organization by coordinating training operations, managing reporting routines, maintaining governance processes, and producing high‑quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional who can turn data into visually appealing executive‑level presentations while also supporting trainers with worksheets, materials, and operational needs. This position blends analytics, coordination, and content support to ensure the department runs smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Forms)
  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights
  • Operational background required, with experience managing processes, routines, or business operations
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, trainers, and cross‑functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and sound judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Gemini AI and generative AI tools
  • Experience with Canva or similar instructional design platforms
  • SQL experience nice to have, but not required
  • Financial services or mortgage industry(corporate) experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage training logistics, scheduling, and coordination
  • Maintain governance routines, SOPs, and departmental processes
  • Support smooth execution of training events and readiness activities
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across trainers, leaders, and business partners
  • Build, automate, and maintain recurring L&D dashboards and reports
  • Complete ad‑hoc data requests with accuracy and timeliness
  • Track participation, compliance, evaluations, and performance metrics
  • Identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Create visually compelling, executive-ready presentations
  • Translate complex data into clear, engaging visuals and narratives
  • Support strategic planning and special projects with polished outputs
  • Assist trainers in developing worksheets, templates, and supporting materials
  • Use instructional design tools to enhance training content
  • Ensure materials are organized, accessible, and aligned with departmental standards
