The Learning & Performance Administrator is responsible for the development and delivery of all staff training programs, employee development, and the facilitation of In-person Onboarding and Orientation. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression and best practice in mind, the focus of this role is to expand the talents and skills across all employees at all levels within an organization. The chosen individual will have strong knowledge of learning strategies, training development and a strength in proactively supporting managers and employees to drive employee growth and development.
