We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to join our Learning & Development team at a leading commercial construction management firm. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the growth and success of our people by designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that build both soft skills and construction-related competencies across departments and experience levels. You will also oversee our LinkedIn Learning platform, driving engagement and ensuring content is strategically aligned with business needs. You will also manage the intern program from recruitment to program graduation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and facilitator—comfortable leading both in-person and virtual sessions—who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A passion for learning, employee development, and organizational growth is essential, as well as excellent project management and collaboration skills.
