The Director of Training & Learning Development is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s training programs. The Director of Training & Learning Development is also responsible for evaluating trainer performance, developing training, and learning development strategies and uses KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and LMS modules created within the department. This role requires a strategic thinker who can assess the evolving needs of the organization and implement learning initiatives that enhance performance, customer service, operational excellence, as well as improve net promotor scores.
