We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Division, Learning and Development. The Director, Learning and Development is responsible for creating, delivering, and continuously improving learning experiences that support organizational goals and employee performance. This role requires a confident public speaker who is comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions, works well independently, and brings a strong passion for helping and serving others. The Director will partner with leaders across the organization to ensure learning solutions are practical, engaging, and aligned with company systems, procedures, and operations. This position is fully remote

Requirements

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; must be comfortable with public speaking
  • Ability to design and deliver learning experiences in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and maintain learning content and training materials aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Deliver effective and engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend development solutions.
  • Build working knowledge of company systems, procedures, operations, and Sentry software; the ability to come up to speed quickly is required.
  • Utilize a variety of technologies and tools to develop learning materials, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other training creation platforms (training provided as needed).
  • Travel as required to support in-person training, meetings, and organizational initiatives.
