The Director, Learning and Development is responsible for creating, delivering, and continuously improving learning experiences that support organizational goals and employee performance. This role requires a confident public speaker who is comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions, works well independently, and brings a strong passion for helping and serving others. The Director will partner with leaders across the organization to ensure learning solutions are practical, engaging, and aligned with company systems, procedures, and operations.
