PRIMARY FUNCTION: This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning programs that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and professional development needs. The Learning and Development Manager will use their knowledge, experience, and professionalism to support a team of Learning and Development employees on the Onboarding and Continued Education segment of the Learning and Development team. This role will collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and team members in both the Eastern and Western regions to develop future-ready skills, support organizational growth initiatives, and ensure employees have the knowledge needed to successfully perform their jobs now and in the future. The Learning and Development Manager oversees training strategy for the Onboarding and Continued Education portion of the Learning and Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement. This position will work predominantly in the Eastern region but will need to travel and work in the Western region regularly, and will manage remote team members.
