Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (ASQ or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading process improvement projects; proven track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Demonstrated project management acumen (project management certification preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., Minitab), process mapping, Lean concepts, and data analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • A positive, emotionally intelligent leader who inspires teams to grow, innovate, and overcome obstacles to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Execute Projects: Manage high impact Lean Six Sigma projects aligned with strategic business priorities, ensuring timely completion within defined scope and budget.
  • Apply DMAIC/DMADV Frameworks: Utilize Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) or Design, Measure, Analyze, Design, Validate (DMADV) methodologies for process improvement.
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Perform advanced statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and root cause identification to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Mentorship & Training: Coach and mentor Green Belts and other team members on Lean Six Sigma principles; develop and deliver training materials to build organizational capability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure engagement and buy-in for improvement initiatives. Be willing to execute deliverables to move projects forward.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track project outcomes, and report progress to executive sponsors and leadership teams.
  • Change Management: Apply change adoption techniques to ensure sustainability of improvements and cultural alignment.
