We are seeking an experienced and energetic Leading Hand to complement our existing team and support our expanding long-term program of works in the Victorian Utilities sector. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering a diverse portfolio of multidisciplined projects, including earthworks, treatment plants, large-scale pipelines, pump stations and concrete structures. In this role you'll be responsible for: Assist Site Supervisor and take ownership of jobs from commencement to completion Engage, coordinate & manage Fulton Hogan employees and sub-contractors on job sites Communicate with site team to program and track the progress of jobs Attend & contribute to meetings Dispute / issue resolution, as required Ensure all inspections & other relevant documentation is signed off Ensure company HSE policies are followed at all times. Requirements

  • Building Trade / Construction Qualification or relevant industry experience
