As a Leadership Recruiter at Superhuman, you will own and drive executive and senior-level hiring across the organization. You’ll serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership, leading searches for Director+ level roles across Tech functions (engineering, product, design). This role requires a high degree of business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. You will design bespoke search strategies, engage and convert top-tier passive talent, and ensure a rigorous, high-caliber hiring process that reflects Superhuman’s standards for excellence. Reporting to our Head of Business and Leadership Recruiting, you will partner closely with executives and cross-functional leaders to build diverse, high-impact leadership teams that shape the company’s future.
