About The Position

Provide executive leaders with strategic advice, counsel, and recruitment strategy planning to ensure the timely and effective recruiting of qualified executive and senior level leadership candidates. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening through complex offer negotiations through onboarding. May also manage third party search firms for certain roles.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six (6) years recruitment experience with supporting executive leaders with full-cycle support
  • Three (3) plus years’ experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies (leadership, executive, clinical specialty)
  • ATS proficiency and experience with HRMS software (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting Physician and APP candidates
  • Three (3) years full cycle recruiting experience with Physician and APP candidates
  • Familiarity with AI tools to augment recruiting and sourcing activities
  • Experience using a CRM for candidate sourcing and pipelines
  • Certified Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) from AAPPR or PHR/SHRM certification
