As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in strategy and business operations management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with talent management, and learning and development.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in Six Sigma.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with process mapping/engineering in a tech organization.
- Experience with change management.
Responsibilities
- Establish strategic plans and objectives with executive team and functional leaders.
- Reach across partner organizations to establish effective cross-organization planning, partnerships and cadence.
- Evaluate and improve on business processes and quality across Google Global Infrastructure (GGI) and partner organizations.
- Propose and develop forward-looking innovative business operations solutions and tools.
- Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the business operation process.
