The Leadership Development Training Specialist plays a critical role in building leadership capability across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, role-based leadership development experiences, with an emphasis on DDI programs. The ideal team member brings strong facilitation skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate leadership principles into actionable behaviors. The Leadership Development Training Specialist is a key member of the Learning & Development team, owning the delivery and development of the leadership training programs. This role is responsible for partnering with key members of the department to create training, as defined by the Company's Initiatives.
