About The Position

Little Caesars is a leader in the pizza industry, focused on delivering hot, fresh products and excellent customer service. As a Lead, you will assist management by supervising crew members and ensuring smooth store operations. As a Lead at Little Caesars, you help guide the crew and keep the store running efficiently. You lead by example, pitch in where needed, and make sure every pizza and guest experience meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and coaching crew members
• Support daily operations including food prep, cooking, and service

• Work closely with management to meet store goals
