Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure safety regulations are met.
- Perform detailed cleaning, including mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch areas.
- Train new hires, demonstrate proper equipment usage, and conduct walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved.
- Monitor supply levels, report equipment repairs, and ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Act as primary contact for clients to address concerns and report to supervisors regarding staff performance or site issues.
