About The Position

The Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and according to company standards. This role acts as the go‑to resource for team support, training, and problem‑solving, while also serving as the communication link between staff and management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a lead or senior role preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to motivate and support team members
Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to lift, stand, or perform physical tasks as required by the job

Responsibilities

Provide daily direction, support, and supervision to assigned team members
Assign tasks and verify completion according to quality and productivity standards
Assist in training new employees and reinforcing best practices
Monitor workflow to ensure deadlines and performance goals are met
Help resolve operational issues and escalate challenges to management as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
Review completed work for accuracy and consistency
Identify areas for improvement and coach team members accordingly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Serve as the point person for communication between team members and supervisors
Report performance updates, concerns, or operational issues
Participate in meetings and provide input on improvements, staffing, or processes
Perform daily job duties alongside the team as needed
Step in to assist during high-volume periods or when staffing is limited
