We are hiring immediately for a highly motivated warehouse worker as a Team Lead at our distribution facility. As a Lead Associate in Operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates and job assignments. You will also be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting. Requirements

High school degree or equivalent required
2 years of warehouse operations experience required
1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar
Forklift experience
Basic problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset
Basic computer skills preferred

Responsibilities

assisting the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates and job assignments
receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting
Perform supervisory responsibilities when assigned
Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reporting to and from management
Perform daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors
Review complex shipments and staged goods prior to shipping for quality
Update monthly fuel service charges and shipping cost documents
