As a Lead Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Pinellas Park, FL at the Park Mall branch. Bilingual Spanish preferred. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and leading tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. The Lead Teller processes a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, identifies banking opportunities, and refers as appropriate. They also coach tellers in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations, making appropriate referrals, and performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. The Lead Teller educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources, and coaches tellers on clear communication skills, transaction handling, and problem resolution processes. Additionally, this position assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes, and ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction, and skilled in managing risk by adhering to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
