Fremont Bank is seeking a strategic, hands-on professional to join and help advance their Retail Banking team. The Lead Teller, under the direction of branch management, will perform a variety of duties related to cash handling, operational tasks, transaction approvals, customer service, product knowledge, sales, and telemarketing. The position requires ensuring client satisfaction by adhering to Fremont Bank’s customer service standards. The Lead Teller must be willing to perform telemarketing calls and conduct outside sales when needed, possess knowledge of sales, customer service, and cash handling, be a self-starter, efficient in time management, and maintain a professional appearance. Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work weekends are also required.
