Learn more about career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com The Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant will act as the Disaster Recovery Coordinator for Cybersecurity Platforms Operations. They will work with Corporate Information Security, Resiliency leadership and IT functional teams to ensure that Disaster Recovery capabilities meet the Recovery Time (RTO) and Recovery Point (RPO) objectives as defined by Business Impact Analyses. In this role, you will: Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of related experience including IT Disaster Recovery planning and/or testing in a large IT organization.

- BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working in large enterprise environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - both technical and non-technical
- Enterprise BCP and Disaster Recovery experience including throughout the testing lifecycle
- Strong understanding of IT/Cyber regulations
- Adherence to solid project management principals and structure.
- Understanding on a broad level IT infrastructure, database, and application development and design; this should include an understanding of AWS or other Cloud based service topology
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, & Teams, and other productivity. applications)
