About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant in Cybersecurity supporting the Platform Organization. They will also work closely with their peers to ensure adherence to Service Management Cybersecurity policies and procedures. This individual must work well with an on demand rapid-paced environment in addition to senior incident, change, problem management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including the Cybersecurity Senior Leadership team. In this role, you will: Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal and external partners associated with the area of Business Execution or who are affected by its outcomes Identify Technology Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency Lead Technology Execution team for assigned initiatives ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Interpret and develop a range of policies and procedures for long-range and fundamental retooling of perspective, approach, culture, quality, relationships, operations, and capabilities Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies and business line objectives Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Knowledge of the change planning process to ensure change initiatives are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure and create efficiency Knowledge of the change delivery process to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time, and with quality to achieve our desired customer and business outcomes Implement and facilitate measurement, reporting and portfolio management routines to drive transparency and visibility throughout the change lifecycle Ensure adherence to ECM and Cybersecurity change procedures, as well as any other appliable enterprise policies and procedures Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the short and long-term to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Service Management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience and track record working on large scale, operationally intense operational transformation initiatives across a wide range of functions, including operations and technology
  • Prior experience designing and operationalizing ITIL methodologies and reporting analytics with special attention to detail
  • ServiceNow detail knowledge, ITIL, ServiceDesk principles
  • Experience building dashboards in tools like Sharepoint or PowerBI
  • Strong understanding of agile and product management
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
  • Develops an independent point of view and can lead through problem solving
  • A BS/BA degree or higher preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, & Teams, and other productivity. applications)

Responsibilities
