About The Position
Mustang Rental Services is urgently hiring a Lead Rental Equipment Technician/Mechanic for the Spring/Greenspoint area. As a Rental Equipment Technician/Mechanic, your primary responsibility is to perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang's fleet of rental equipment. Heavy Equipment and Diesel Technician/Mechanic levels and compensation rates are determined by skill set, knowledge, and experience.Curious to hear what it's like to be an industrial machinery technician at Mustang Cat? Requirements
- Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous mechanic work or military experience
- Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree or certificate from a technical school
- Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment
- Mechanic experience on aerial and man lift equipment
- Technical experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors
- Welding experience
