About The Position

Due to rapid growth in the Hampton Roads Market, the company is looking for a Lead Technician with experience leading a team at their Norfolk location. This position involves receiving instructions from the Project Manager, determining necessary supplies, supervising the assigned crew, and effectively communicating expectations. The ability to accurately record and document the daily status of the job is essential. Requirements

  • Experience leading a team
  • Must have a Clean Driving Record and a Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to Pass a Drug Test
  • Must be able to Pass a Background Check (7 Years)
  • Must be willing to Show up Daily and Work as a Part of our High Performing Team
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
