About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead Technician to help deliver high-quality restoration services while supporting day-to-day field operations. This role is responsible for executing jobs, setting the standard for quality, and helping guide technicians in the field. The candidate will be supported with company tools and systems for job tracking, reporting, and communication. As a growing company, this role plays a key part in building strong systems, maintaining quality, and supporting team development. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role early and help shape how we operate as we grow. The right person will take ownership, lead by example, and help build something meaningful.

Requirements

  • Experienced in cleaning and/or restoration work and confident leading jobs
  • A strong example-setter who leads through actions, as well as direction
  • Comfortable with hands-on work and problem-solving in the field
  • Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership of results
  • A clear communicator with both customers and team members
  • Eager to grow and help build a strong team and operation
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction, cleaning and/or restoration
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable using mobile devices for job reporting
  • Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record required

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC certifications (e.g. WRT) are preferred
  • A candidate with a General Contractors license will receive a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced carpet cleaning and restoration services
  • Assess job scope in the field and support accurate estimate development for restoration and cleaning services
  • Lead jobs in the field and ensure work is completed to company standards
  • Inspect work to ensure quality and completeness
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Address questions or concerns on-site
  • Ensure a positive overall experience from start to finish
  • Lead by example in work ethic, quality, and professionalism
  • Support and guide technicians on job sites
  • Reinforce company standards and best practices
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians
  • Complete accurate work orders, logs, and documentation using company systems and standardized checklists
  • Support the coordination of daily scheduling to ensure efficient job flow
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles
  • Follow company procedures and checklists to support efficient job execution, supply readiness, and workflow consistency
  • Stay flexible and assist wherever needed as the company grows
  • Provide proactive updates on job status, delays, and field conditions to support real-time scheduling and customer communication
