Install, set up, repair, calibrate and maintain new and existing manufacturing tooling and equipment. Develop and update maintain procedures as necessary. Train assembly technicians on the operation of manufacturing equipment. Complete entries in Preventative Maintenance Logbooks and Faciliworks program. Work with manufacturing personnel to trouble shoot manufacturing process problems. Organize and maintain spare parts inventory for completing timely calibration/repairs on all equipment Assist with general facility issues relating to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services to maintain proper working conditions. Maintain non-production equipment, which supports production. Organize and maintain spare parts inventory for completing timely repairs on all equipment. Strong oral and written communication skills to provide information to others by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. Good interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Ability to participate in multifunctional and multi-departmental teams. Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word and Excel. Knowledge and experience working with machinery, tooling for products/processes in a medical device environment.
