Lead Technician/Field Inspector
About The Position
RestoPros is in search of a qualified professional for a lead technician and field inspector position for a growing company. This is a great opportunity to have a leadership role and grow in your career with a growing brand. Candidates for this position need to be versed in residential and commercial remediation/mitigation to be able to explain the mitigation and repairs process to prospective customers in the field daily. A clean and well-maintained appearance is imperative to ensure that a great first impression is made. Position requires great attention to detail and the ability to perform highly detailed documentation. Hours are not set and can change daily based on customer demand. Position is also required to lead mitigation efforts on jobs, including performing the water mitigation for residential and commercial properties, leading junior technicians, and providing excellent customer service. This part of the job is labor-intensive and has a rotating "on call / emergency response" requirement. 40 hours guaranteed. Overtime available also as needed.
Requirements
- Mitigation/Remediation Experience Required
- Experience in face-to-face sales
- High attention to detail and job documentation
- Flexible schedule with openness to work after normal business hours
- Clean criminal history and driving record
