About The Position

Frog Environmental is currently seeking a road warrior that enjoys rising early for the role. This role requires frequent driving to perform outside site visits/inspections and actively engage clients to promote practices related to the Storm Water Industrial General Permit. The successful candidate must have excellent attendance along with a safe and clean driving record. This role will partner with internal teams and external clients for regulatory support and guidance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Industry experience that includes traveling for work, managing customer requests, or related.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and creatively in a scientific environment.
Incumbent is subject to a criminal background check.
Must have a valid drivers license in the state of CA.

Responsibilities

Driving/Field Work: Drive 120 miles average daily with 7-10 site inspections daily (4-5 days each week). Start time for field days range from 6:30am-7:30am PST. Office days start time is 8:00am PST.
Overtime/weekend work : periodic overtime and weekend work will occur due to business needs and weather conditions.
Technology/Software: Field time requires heavy tablet use; Office time requires regular use of various systems on a computer.
Collaboration: Be professional, support/assist a variety of teams including administration, production, and consultants.
Customer Focus: Develop trust with clients based on prompt responses, follow up, and a professional demeaner.
Soft Skills : Attention to detail, follow up, follow through, strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Certifications/Training: new hires will have the opportunity to receive training to gain their QISP Certification.
