Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience delivering software products (platforms, APIs, or complex internal systems preferred)
  • Experience working with AI tools to streamline product and process management, leveraging automation and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Strong technical fluency: able to collaborate deeply with Engineers/Architects and make informed trade-offs
  • Proven ability to own a product domain and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or product lines
  • Expertise writing high-quality epics/features/user stories and defining measurable outcomes (KPIs/OKRs)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and aligning competing priorities
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management in a fast-paced environment
  • MS/MA in Computer Science (or similar) preferred; relevant certifications a plus/required in some areas

Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle management, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Define and document product requirements, translating market insights and stakeholder feedback into clear deliverables.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and business partners, to drive execution and alignment.
  • Manage budgets, funding, and business cases to maximize product value and support growth.
  • Negotiate and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and integration across the organization.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.
