Requirements
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children
- High energy, patience, and a team-first attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, education, or related fields is a plus
- College students and local candidates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist structured fitness classes for children (ages 6 weeks–10 years)
- Help run birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Create a safe, clean, and positive environment for families
- Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers
- Support front desk tasks, tours, and member inquiries
- Participate in community outreach and special programs as needed
