Lead Teacher Children's Fitness - My Gym (Boston)
About The Position
My Gym Boston is looking for energetic, outgoing, and dependable team members who love working with kids and aren't afraid to be a little silly! If you thrive in a high-energy environment filled with music, movement, and smiles, we'd love to meet you. We're hiring both part-time and full-time team members for year-round positions. Our schedule runs Monday through Sunday, and while we're flexible based on availability, all team members should be able to work at least one weekend day each week. Don't worry, we provide paid training to set you up for success! Momentum Enterprises is a family-focused company creating fun, active, and memorable experiences in the communities we serve. Requirements
- A positive, high-energy personality and passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability throughout the week, including at least one weekend day
- Reliable, professional, and ready to grow within a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, early childhood education, or related fields is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist structured classes for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years
- Help facilitate birthday parties, camps, and special programs
- Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for families
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and caregivers
- Support daily operations, tours, and member engagement
