Lead Teacher Children's Fitness - My Gym (Wellesley) NEW LOCATION
About The Position
We're excited to announce a brand-new My Gym location coming to the heart of Wellesley Center - and we're building our founding team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of launching a beautiful, brand-new facility from the ground up. If you love working with children and want to help create something special in the community, we'd love to meet you. We are hiring full-time and part-time team members. College students, dance instructors, coaches, and child educators are strongly encouraged to apply. The official start date will be mid- March, with paid training beginning as soon as possible.
Requirements
- High energy, reliability, and a genuine love for working with kids
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Afternoon and weekend availability preferred
Nice To Haves
- Background in dance, athletics, gymnastics, theater, coaching, or early childhood education is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist structured classes for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years
- Help host birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for families
- Build positive relationships with parents and children
- Be part of launching and growing a brand-new location
- Support mobile programs, community events, and team operations
