About The Position

Lead Teacher – Children's Fitness My Gym (Powered by Momentum Enterprises) Love working with kids? Full of energy and not afraid to be a little silly? My Gym Stamford is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher to help create fun, engaging, and active experiences for children of all ages in our structured, high-energy environment! This is a part-time position, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with kids, and being part of a positive, team-oriented environment. Paid training is provided, so we'll teach you everything you need to know to succeed. Afternoon and weekend availability is required, along with occasional availability for mobile programs and special events in the community. Requirements

High energy, reliability, and a genuine love for working with kids
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Background in dance, athletics, gymnastics, theater, coaching, or early childhood education is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and assist fun, high-energy classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized gym environment
Communicate warmly and professionally with parents and families
Assist with tours, walk-ins, and light front desk tasks
Support mobile programs, community events, and team operations
