About The Position

CareDx, Inc. is a leading precision medicine solutions company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of clinically differentiated, high-value healthcare solutions for transplant patients and caregivers. CareDx offers products, testing services, and digital healthcare solutions along the pre- and post-transplant patient journey, and is the leading provider of genomics-based information for transplant patients. The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner drives the recruitment process for both G&A and R&D functions, collaborating with leadership to ensure hiring strategies are aligned with organizational goals. This role is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition plans focused on attracting highly qualified candidates and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance. Key duties include developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives. In this role, you will partner effectively with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders. Your expertise in sourcing and recruitment will be instrumental in securing the talent required to drive the company's growth and long-term success.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with strong sourcing background.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or gene or cell therapy sectors.
  • Experience recruiting and sourcing for various roles, including leadership positions.
  • A proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage significant requisition loads.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining strong pipelines for current and future openings, using sourcing channels and tools.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and the latest recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Experience facilitating interviewer training is a plus.
  • Ability to establish trust with candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and calibrate on ideal candidates.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear and timely communication, ongoing engagement, and positive representation of CareDx.
  • Cultivate and maintain extensive talent networks to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leadership, offering critical insights and guidance on hiring decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate and reliable information.
