About The Position

The Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for hiring managers in site operations, liaising across the US talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring experiences. In addition, they will also work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns for sites which they will be expected to lead and execute. The lead talent acquisition advisor will build strong relationships with hiring managers, facilitate the end-to-end hiring process, interview and recommend management level candidates, provide insightful recruitment metrics, and support in-market events like job fairs and acquisitions. The Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor will facilitate the end-to-end hiring process for all site-based operations roles and partner closely with hiring managers on scheduling & interviewing candidates for all management level roles.

Requirements

  • Recruiting experience.
  • PC proficiency with emphasis on Windows-based Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Technical Skills Proficiency in ATS and job boards Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, providing recruitment insights and metrics, and recommending effective strategies.
  • Lead and manage in-market talent acquisition advisors & ensure effective end-to-end hiring experiences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and works closely with global talent acquisition team to execute the hiring process
  • Screen, schedule, interview and offer management & technician level candidates, in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Attend in-market events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to represent the company and attract top talent.
  • Attend acquisitions to assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process from job. postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
  • Tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to measure the success of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions – including continuous improvement of attraction strategies, hiring efficiency, & talent acquisition advisor effectiveness

  • This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees).
