As a Strategic Operations Lead, you will be responsible for owning and orchestrating Company Planning at Chime. This role sits at the center of how we run Chime at the executive level, partnering closely with our executive team and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to translate our company strategy and priorities into clear, actionable business plans. The Strategic Operations (“StratOps”) team sits within Chime’s COO org and plays a pivotal role in aligning teams, accelerating decisions, and ensuring we’re focused on what matters most. The team runs Chime’s core operating cadences — working across every function at Chime to connect strategy to execution across company planning, goal setting, product roadmapping, and key executive forums. And we “pull the thread all the way through” - we approach our role with an ownership mindset, taking on strategic, ad hoc projects as needed to help improve how Chime’s leaders operate the business. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $112,000.00 and up to $155,000.00 . Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
