Job Summary: The Lead Specialist Procurement will provide essential support to Project teams by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating seamless operations for procurement activities. This role is critical in ensuring timely strategic sourcing, vendor setup, negotiations, bid analysis, purchase orders, subcontract management, and compliance with company policies and project requirements. Proficiency in supply chain management, vendor relationships, and negotiation will be key in maintaining project schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Lead Specialist Procurement must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to provide guidance and support projects supply chain. As a lead for an assigned project, you will work to ensure all project procurement needs are fulfilled from project award to close-out.
